The value of the specialised insurance market alone is estimated at 80 billion USD, with forecasts predicting its growth to 178 billion USD by 2030, with an average annual growth rate of 9.3% (Global Specialty Insurance Market Report,Straits Research, 2022). The value of the global niche insurance market is several times greater. The cost of acquiring customers in these markets is very high due to the complex nature of insurance products, which require the expert involvement of intermediaries in the sales process. The low penetration of modern technologies to support this process poses both a challenge and an opportunity.

MarcinPrusaczyk has two decades of experience managing PE/VC investments and the real estate market. He co-managed the VC fund Bio med Innovations, which invested in innovative medical startups. He was also involved with the Griffin PropertyFinance fund, providing debt financing in the real estate market. For many years, he was associated with the investment firm Cornerstone Partners, where he supported investment projects, including Lux-Med. He began his professional career at Accenture, participating in the international implementation of anERP system. He graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology, where he studied Electronics and Management, and Tulane University in the USA, where he obtained an MBA as a Ron Brown Fellowship recipient.
